I'm talking about the owners who use their ring doorbell cameras to spy on their guests, who have a list of property rules that sound like the rules the nuns would read to us first day of class in Catholic high school, and who complain about and try to charge guests for the most minor infractions instead of considering it a cost of doing business.

She is violating the lease in a few minor ways such as having two additional animals that aren't in the lease and a boyfriend who has moved in even though he is not on the lease.I am willing to let her stay until the end of her current term this year despite these infractions, but once this term is over, I want either sign a new lease with her or find a new tenant who will pay current market rents.So my question is, are these infractions grounds to not honor the existing lease should she choose to exercise her extension clause once this current term comes to an end?

@Andy Whitcomb Having someone's car towed is a high level infraction in my mind and unforgivable; given the current market I would tell her if she does not like it here she is free to go.

Habits like those don't appear over night, they take years to build, so I wouldn't have a ton of faith in an immediate remedy but your response should be tempered by the degree of the infraction.
