My clients buying properties learn from me as we go and also on my syndicated value add NNN deals.If they want my time and almost 20 years experience I am not giving that away on the cheap it comes at a high premium as TIME is such a limited resource whereas money to be made is almost infinite. 

I’ve paid myself back every penny I’ve ever put into real estate so it’s infinite cash flow from here on out.

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.

I have a few units that are bringing in some cashflow, but I was able to BRRR them for infinite returns.

To believe in infinite appreciation or a almighty supreme being you must have faith because there is no proof.

There is an infinite amount of ways to get and attain deals.

There is no cash flow for 3-4 years as it is built, but then after a return of capital in years 5-6 you will have an infinite return for your cash on cash and be able to reinvest that money, but more importantly, the property will be held for approximately 25 years so your wealth will grow possibly 30X over that period of time.Or, ideally, do both!
