I look at properties all the time and I see the condition of many properties around here that are "professionally" managed where the repairs are unbelievably shoddy, the cheapest indoor/outdoor carpet is used for flooring, they often have galvanized plumbing, and still have sections of knob and tube electrical. 

The house as is has a big kitchen, indoor laundry room, 2 full bathrooms one smaller bedroom and a nice master with WIC.  

Def a red flag for next time (and the fake butter wouldn't melt attitude she had) when one small dog, became two indoor cats and then 6 turtles.  

Toured one place with heated pool, billiard room, tanning salon, full-sized indoor basketball gym, exercise room, movie room, and so on and so forth.

I paid more for better seats, but the deal was there and I had to take it.When I first was looking, I was thinking of getting club seats cause they are nicer, you can get good sideline seats, and you have the indoor seating area with your seats that includes free food and drinks!!

Lots of amenities in Denver, indoors and out.

I guarantee that's not the original plumbing and wiring in the building - because they didn't have electricity or indoor plumbing in 1835!

This will keep your commissions comming while you are in doors waiting for the weather to change.

I would then ask if it was ok for me to do any work outside(maybe even some indoor work), then start work the first available opportunity (no later than the day after they leave).Brett
