Of course satellite TV is available but really don't want dishes everywhere...ATT has old copper wires there for phone service that barely provide enough speed to do anything.

There are also many who will do a seller financed deal who might be excellant borrowers, the loans are cheaper to put in place, rates may be competitive and LTVs may be higher than what a bank will do att the time, I have used seller fina ncing myself as a borrower just for these reasons, not because I couldn't get other financing.

O by the way that is three diff pc.s of land- two costing me and 1 is a loss swindle (tho i have a paper with witnesses- I talked to an Att today and at the very least i have a small claims court for the amount i paid him.
