@Taya Shavers One of the reasons that real estate can be a better investment than say stocks is because of the immense amount of tax benefits available to real estate owners.

They are immensely easier to close and qualify for, and require less documentation.

As a nurse and veteran, it has always been an immense passion of mine to help and give back, I am hopeful that in this next phase of life I'll be able to do it on a much bigger platform through my success in Real Estate.  

They are going to be the key to building a successful team, and provide immense value.
