Honestly your approach may be a bit rough around the edges, but actually getting out there and trying to find deals through grit and hard work is the best way to start.

Honestly 350 days a year I don’t even think about it. 12 days a year I wonder if everyone paid and if not will they pay, for about 30 minutes.

I am adding about 20 more this year, but there's one small pocket I'm struggling with the financing on (honestly, due to Huntington Bank dragging their feet on items, etc.), so I'm seeing what other options there may be.
