As you begin your REI journey here is one tip I have for you:Use this website as you are trying to narrow down the places you want to invest in. https://www.areavibes.com/Its awesome because it gives you a "total livability score" & you can compare different zip codes & streets to others. 

Or a $1 Ribeye steak at Albertsons, then you tip the cashier.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.

Here are some tips.#2  MINDSET:  Just like some people will NEVER become real estate investors regardless of time, money, related profession, - MOST people will never become real estate investors.   

The ones that really interest me I will respond to and of course those who donated to my charity :)  and or send me gifts :)  But those who just think a quick sentence and we owe them  Nope just say thank you but I no longer do that.
