If it wasn't for the fact I do not want to rely on him for money  ( I have some in savings, but would not last forever), I just have never wanted to be a woman that had to rely on a man, but no one is going to hire me at 7 months pregnant LOL you know?   

But properties that are always right to hold forever are few and far between.

Maybe you won't find anyone in his community saying they are not getting their value there (at least not out loud) but that's probably because saying anything at all critical there will apparently get you kicked out immediately (guess the community is only "forever" if you keep any constructive criticism to yourself).
