(I'm sure someone will chime in with "you're asking for your home to be ruined" but I lived with 5 SDSU football players and not a thing went south).5) If students DID cause damage, security deposit will cover just about everything. 6) Usually, Financial aid or parents pay for rent, which means you don't have to be worried about not getting your monthly paycheck ;). 7) Lastly, I plan to fix it up in those 2-3 years that will attract the slightly more responsible tenant. 

Was thinking of using rental home for renters coming into town for football, hockey etc games.

Cincinnati has division 1 college football and basketball, pro football, pro baseball, world class symphony orchestra, world class zoo, multiple major music venues, and excellent schools.

No NFL Football.

I think there would be some technological advances and a lot of design work to do this well.  20 to 30 years from now how cool would it be to remotely configure your dining room if you have family coming over for dinner or create an open configuration for friends coming over to watch a football game?

She is currently located on a street where the city has demolished and rebuilt about 9 homes in 2013/2014 (sold for about 92k-100k in 2014) located near our Football Stadium in a growing area!
