I feel it's my only recourse/leverage at this point since courts will not process evictions in the state of MD as a result of Corona Virus/COVID-19 pandemic! 

I would assume that Montana is better at minimizing the damage that the virus has had on the rest of the country (wide open spaces and relatively small population centers).

There’s a lot of uncertainty right now as to how impactful this virus will be on our health and local economy.

Im not sure if the question involves with the virus going on  but if it is then I would hope that the tenant would let me know that he or she can't pay the rent  so then  I would communicate with the bank where I have the mortgage and request a forbearance.

There’s uncertainty if that shut down will be extended if the virus spreads. 

This virus should be a wake-up call to everyone on BP who sells, builds, eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate.

Here in Ohio they are closing down restaurants and bars because of the virus.

I drive trucks and this has been a very busy and crazy past two weeks with the Corona Virus outbreak.

I would probably wait to list it until things start to stabilize regarding the virus.

Do you think that this virus will drop interest rates on Mortgages, making it an ideal time to refinance?
