A mentor ship program is how most people do it.

My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

I'm planning on buying a small multifamily first and foremost so I have a place to live and then will either buy a single family or another multi family depending on what I can find/fits my criteria at the time.

I believe they're almost 8% with that program currently but if it provides an entry point, you should consider it!  

Short-term stays tend to bring higher revenue, but long-term rentals can provide stability.If the area gets strong tourist traffic, STRs could be a great fit.

It is a corporate housing arbitrage mentoring program.I'm about to sign up but wanted to do my due diligence I want to check with people here if this is legit and if the program is worth the money they as asking for.

Ask about their specialties, what is their bread and butter program?
