University goes back in here the first week of September (last week) and the City hosts an international Jazz and Blues festival the second week of September (this week).

Don't they have a UFO festival there too?

Cultural scene is strong, multiple festivals and several stages that bring major Broadway productions, dance festivals etc.

But a halt on events, concerts and festivals, along with the fact that many of the city’s office workers have shifted to remote work at home, have all taken a toll.

My highest grossing home is in Indio and will do about 200k this year and 230-250k next year when all the music festivals are back.

Pumpkin patches are sprouting up all over our city with pumpkins aplenty and tons of festive activities.
