New real estate agent, want advise

Posted

Hello, i just passed my state license exam and am signing on with an agency later this week. Trying to figure out what i need to hit the ground running so that it's a successful business and not just an extra paycheck to complicate my taxes at the end of the year. One of the biggest things I'm interested in is organization and time management. Ill be keeping my current job for while until this is profitable enough to leave. Currently working nights and we have a 4mo old daughter also. I dont want to be working so much that I'm never home, hence the post. I would love any advice on anything that'll limit complications, ie; business email, business bank accounts, equipment, books on the subject. Like i said i want to rin a business not a hobby.
