Well said @Bruce LynnI have noticed an uptick on my side of the business regarding the acquisition of land and building.Its an experienced bunch that buy these but from the feed back that I'm getting, experienced flippers are finding some peace in building from the ground up.

There are a few things that can improve, but overall the financial side seems fine.Buildium is okay, but they are limited to what banks you can sync with.I love Yardi Voyager 7s, but the down side of it is the lack of bank feed, it is nonexistent.

I’m doing my best to keep track of this but my feed is a little out of order when it updates.

We do not like how you enter expenses through the bank feeds.
