Has anyone ever made the tenant have to pay for a single utility and have the others be covered.

The rental market is a dynamic environment, and one constant is change.

The note holder can accelerate the loan if the find out about the change in ownership.Same goes for commercial loans.

Unless something has changed but I hope they can speed up the production of them.

However, if you don't know the layout here, it's best to get with those that do as properties change street by street and sometimes even on the same street.

To intentionally reduce the leverage more than required is a foreign concept to me especially in the San Diego market.  

You were literally fine with what we were doing for you up until you found out the tenant left after closing because you tried to say we knew about it which is impossible as we never had contact with the tenant ever.
