**Ethical Concerns:** At the time I joined, certain marketing tactics raised red flags for me.

Work ethic and accountability to the work is more important than the outcome. 

I truly believe that how I run my properties and take care of my tenants is a direct reflection of my character and work ethic. 

This then creates the opportunity to access that cash flow (converted into principle) via tax free refinances! 

This ensures that you protect existing tenants from direct competition and support their growth; this will also foster their trust in the ethics in which the property is managed. 

Winning their trust and saying that you're licensed and follow a code of ethics, unlike investors and others that may want to buy your home directly (they don't know the terms wholesalers).

But if you or even someone you hire were to violate collections laws, licensing laws, securities laws, or bankruptcy laws, you could be fined (or sued) for much more than the investment principle.

By keeping these principles in mind, you can optimize your position in the market.

By getting to know someone’s work ethic, goals, and character over time, you’ll be in a much better position to determine if they’re a good fit for a long-term collaboration.
