I have read bits and pieces about real estate a couple months ago and had a successful tutor, but I got distracted by other things and stopped with real estate.

I went to an "opportunity meeting" but I was distracted.

He could just be blowing smoke in my face to distract me from my goal of financial independence, but I thought I'd throw this out to the forum.Has anyone else encountered this lately?

They've lived there for about 3 years and I have never done one with a tenant in it.I really didn't expect the distraction of the tenant and kids, and it may cause me a problem.

I don't know the mechanics (started to look at this the other day, but got distracted) but I know it can be done.

I'm fresh out of high school, some roadblocks are social life, (too distracting for me to stay on task), no real life experience, (getting a job, getting an apartment), not having a car(will have a cheap honda civic soon though, courtesy of my parents), all the negative feedback around you for not going to college and going for real estate, and having people not take you seriously.

She tries to sound mean but I'm just too distracted by how hot she is.
