Do you not think it is way better to be exposed to MORE people so they all have your mailer, stick it on the fridge with a magnet then sending a smaller audience 15 mailers?

I guess a herniated disk is life's way of saying one man shouldn't try to live three lifetimes.

I purchased the full version 3 separate times for something like $500 a pop and literally threw the entire software disks in the trash.

We are weighing options this week of sending someone in daily vs getting an email or disk.

@Michael BlankBought the guide recently on ebay, and having trouble uploading the disk onto my current quickbooks.

That sparked my interest and I decided to start doing that as well and I also bought car magnets to put on my car.I have listened to all the wholesaling related podcasts numerous times and have been studying wholesaling via BP members/blogs/forums and the internet and feel I have a lot of knowledge.

I have seen how liquor stores are a huge crime magnet in those types of areas.     

The city they are located in is a small town outside of Atlanta and the entire Atlanta area is a melting pot magnet for people and businesses.

For this reason, just make sure you have a lead magnet to get people to respond, and you should see good results. 

Can anyone give me feedback, good or bad, on this program? I am very familiar with short sales however just not using realtors as the program suggests.
