@Jim Witten I'm an agent in Texas, and while this could potentially be a scam, it's more likely a legitimate cash offer.

Ive seen the good...and the bad...and there are more people out there than ever trying to scam.

Has anyone ever purchased these pre-construction condos with little to no issues (mainly no scam)?

. - We've found issues where owners was NOT on the deed and was scammed- We've also had to patiently explain to owners that since an LLC owned the property, that the management contract had to be in the LLC name and we needed proof they could sign for the LLC.2) Property Taxes: we make sure we know the status, to avoid tax foreclosure issues.- Took over several properties for an out-of-country owner last year that we're in the midst of tax foreclosure.

If that is you please DM me as I am struggling to find any legit reviews good or bad unless it is straight off his website or from angry people screaming scam alert without actually having done anything with it.
