In CA, you are legally required to have a CA LLC if you are "conducting business in CA".

It may be worth letting them know about the prequalification requirements (credit score over xxx, salary above xx,ooo/year, etc.) in advance to weed people out.

But last I check their requirements for LTV/DSCR was very strict.

I've done a lot of research into this and believe this is for me, but am getting some roadblocks when it comes to funding requirements and my buy box not aligning.

An LLC with 2 +members does normally require a 1065 filing.

What is the typical minimum investment requirement?

Carlsbad officials are required to notify Native American tribes within 30 days, and tribes have 30 days to respond if cultural resources might be affected.

The property will be in more desirable locations that command better rents.
