My only complaint, and the president is a member here so I don't want him to think I'm dogging the reia, is that the annual fee, which is around $700 now I believe, is too expensive so I don't attend it anymore. 

But wouldn't this be criminal not civil?

I've heard nothing but complaints from customers AND their franchise agents reegarding the quality of their 800-number service center. 

So I get this referral from a relative about a tenant who has good credit score, no criminal history, and a good paying job.

We are only allowed to screen non-tenant applicants for criminal and rental history, nothing financially related. 

I'd venture to guess your tenant is a criminal or drug addict of some sort.There's some truth in your thought but he's actually a really nice hard working young man. 

My only complaints are these1) The upfront 30 min meetings you get once a month are not enough.

Billions were paid out in fines for criminal misbehavior and not a single dime went back to any of the victims. 

I have an outdoor pool that easily have 1k+ people using it every season and I never had single complaint due to the water quality.

But just hating on wholesaling in a wholesaling forum is so unbelievably pointless. its not dead per se  but it is starting to be regulated as it should.. oregon just passed their version. where to wholesale you now need a license and over site by the RE commission.. along with criminal back ground and a BOND.. and as we know not everyone can pass either of those with the bond being the tough one if you have bad credit your not getting a bond.
