The benefits are indeed hard to quantify, but I put a fairly high price on my sanity (at least on a long term basis)  some of the requests, and phone calls the PMs get I'd have a tough time being courteous and/ or not laughing.

Just because they’re attorneys doesn’t mean what they say is set in stone- you can and should investigate what they say and attempt to negotiate with them.Conduct reasonable business, be courteous and for goodness sake remember, they are just people too… not Grendels.
