Keep in mind we are a "Mega PM", big staff big unit count, so it's a lot different then the Ma & Pa, but the principles can apply.

Oh yes and selling to yourself does not count as selling, even if you match highest bidder.

Thank God the utilities weren't more expensive.So let's agree to disagree and count it as a lesson of doing business and picking the right people to be on your team! 

(I just searched MLS and there are 589 right now)  that is not counting off-market and wholesalers. 

.: @James Hamlingyep - and when a tenant stops paying the whole thing implodes. cant think of a riskier investment  IE  counting on tenants for consistent cash flow.. at least if this is BCD class rentals might work with national tenants on triple net ..

Then, I also noticed that although 200 leads were deducted from my 25,000 monthly balance only 160 names populated on my email list (yes I counted... lol!).

When ADU is complete, rent it or move in and remodel main house.After a few years, I think it is highly likely (again wouldn’t count on it, but would leave the possibility open) that CO allows and encourages those who build ADUs to subdivide their properties so that more people can own their homes.sell the ADU and main house separately, benefit from enormous upside.
