I have talked to a realtor but my message not getting across and don't want to be tied up in a listing contract that goes no where.Does BP have a listing service?

That could be a short term rental where people stay a couple nights at a time, someone coming to town for a work purpose for a few or several months at a time like a traveling nurse who signs a contract for several months. 

This is a fully executed contract. 

We are in Sub-markets, which have led us to having a very small general contracting pool and can't find any contractors to keep up with demand.

Depending on her contract she may have to wait out the term.Is she currently covering utilities?

If you have a 1099 with someone and hire them you should be paying them unless your agreement and contract is with the church. 

One tenant has contract expiring this year.
