my airplane partner owns about 1000 acres in roseburg Oregon.. in addition to a big mary jane grow he is going to build these tiny homes... in the city you WOULD defiantly have zoning issues to contend with. its not as easy as just hauling in a park model trailer and start renting it.. most cities would red tag them pretty quickly.

The pertinent information is then distributed to all the members.Perhaps the City of South Bend had a good and legitimate reason or reasons to fine the investors you referenced but they contend that it is petty.I have not yet heard similar complaints about "petty fines" from the landlords in our group.

There are 51 sets of laws to contend with, 50 states and the feds, just because someone has funds they can't just begin lending safely.

And I'd contend you could do creative financing with some banks, since they provide collateralized lines.

But, I still contend that the renters didn't *necessarily* do anything wrong...other than just be a bit ignorant about what constitutes a major house issue.

Even if I buy a house missing water pipes and needing a new sewer line, the bank is only offering a value of what I purchased the property for as there are so many foreclosures in my market they contend that there is no ARV regardless of improvements.

Getting that link out there where homeowners are searching is HUGE.However, I contend you can not give up on the face to face.

I would contend that 5% annual growth in housing valuation is sustainable for a lifetime, even with 2% wage, net migration growth, etc.

I personally am more inclined to finalize my choice based on style if there are a few contenders in the area.
