I am interested in joining the Clever Summit 2024 conference or the BPCON 2024 conference.

Connects to my current internet service at home and I can use a wireless headset for conference calls.It's a little bit more expensive than your $60 per year just for fax, but the features are nice (and you can set business hours to where the phone gets automatically forwarded to voice mail).

That being said, I think there's also something to be said for the nature of the conference itself.

I was just reading in Docusign and in Mexico, Docusign gas a wisird where you can close everything with digital signatures there ar is a certain procedure but the notary will get in one of the room or conference and be done.

No debt.I found bigger pockets when I met josh dorkin at a financial conference and he loved my rent hacking to aggressively pay off my townhouse.

I thought that Dean's talk was one of the most informative presentations of the conference.  

Also, as a real estate investor, can I write off 100% of the education travel for real estate, such as the Bigger Pockets Cancun conference?

They wouldn't cancel and I couldn't give them the check in information and have them beating on the door at 6 AM, so I cancelled after conferring with VRBO and they still took my premier host for cancelling ( I'll get it back in about a week). 

I have 3 properties and I learned everything from podcast, you tube and conferences.

I just finished listening to Norada Real Estate Investments' @Marco Santarelli discuss out-of-state investing at the Think Realty conference in Baltimore.
