If that vent on the furnace failed before or a zone valve failed it will fail again, have a service contract or have a spare part on hand. 

You could flip houses in your spare time but it is very competitive and capital intensive.

While we like Seabrook and would use it sparingly ourselves, this would be an investment so unless the numbers make sense, we would just rent if we want to go there and invest elsewhere.To be fair, you can't use the STR numbers for the surrounding towns as they really are not that similar.  

Hey @Koushik Saha, This would depend on how much risk you are willing to take, since you mentioned that you don't have much money to spare after purchasing it.

Golf cart license are being restricted due to to many people, sinking foundations- either to close to unrestored sea walls or not enough pilings or fill dirt not allowed to compact, off grid experience, check on sewer and water infrastructure- when the water pump went out, the island shut down, the islands systems are being overloaded, what type of experience and thus rental rates are you shooting for?
