There have been a few comments along the lines of "new homes aren't built with the same quality as old homes".

If you have to provide negativity with your comment, then please refrain from commenting This is my personal opinion but nothing he said was negative.

It's worth meeting with them and talking thru what they offer and how you benefit.I disagree with the above comments.

This is where I'm supposed to make the snarky comment of if a person has there nose high enough in the air of course they don't notice the hobo's all around em, lol.

@Justin Landesman's comments are critical about not funding without being on title and/or having a written contract about the distribution of profits.How much do you think the rehab budget is?

If you're looking for positive cash flow, you should be looking into the B-/C type neighborhoods because this is where you'll find a lot more buy and hold, BRRRR, and positive cash flow opportunities.I appreciate your comments. 

I am that guy in the comments that calls these people out.
