He teaches them his method, lets them handle the planting, and trusts the process.

I'm out of the same area and interested in multifamily BRRRR, or live in flip, but either way,  househacking for sure.

It sounds like your background in construction gives you a strong advantage in house flipping and BRRRR investing.

I am trying to find more properties that are good flip or BRRRR candidates.

I'm working on strategies to get financing for eventual BRRRR.
