I also like following Brooke Pfautz (CEO of Vintory) who wrote the book 0 to 500 Properties in 5 Years, which is specifically geared towards us STR Managers.  

He's an acquired taste but I've read many of his books and maybe I'm a fool, but I believe he is genuine in his commitment and drive for success.

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.
