That would be what BP advertises though  in bold.

Beginner agents had a hard time saying no or knowing how to be bold enough to call these folks out.

Make sure you’re not just adapting; you’re leading the charge into a bold new future!

Why make it even more complicated by trying out an unproven concept instead of going for the tried and true, at least for a first project.Otherwise, it’s awesome to be bold and original and your idea to distinguish yourself from the competition is a great one generally speaking.

Jumping into real estate right after college with a buddy is a bold move, but it's definitely doable with the right planning.

That In my opinion is the best thing for $40K of investment. 3) REIT can come in many flavors and I would be very careful about them considering huge commercial big box stores are taking it on the nose right now and many REITs are heavily vested in that type of asset.
