I think in 8 years I have only witnessed 1 successful (small repair). 

The company that serves and blessed me over and over again is what you would call a Tax Advisor, not simply a CPA or tax preparer. 

My vision is to someday be in a place where I can be in a greater position to give of my time and resources to others, to help them and be a blessing to them.

I'm a mortgage broker for DSCR loans, so maybe I'm biased, but I hate when the market blesses us with a 200 bps rate decrease in 6 months and folks want a larger blessing.Keep in mind, just 12 months, 8% was the average DSCR rate.

The gentleman who gave me the most info (God bless him) said he had 3 MTRs in the area all with great occupancy rates and says its a very slept-on strategy in my city and there's a need.  

I'm happy that we were able to witness SC's growth, and mine at the same time.

I've known new investors who have lost more than $50K on coaching programs so count your blessings and learn from your mistake.
