Update: planning to send him a 30-day notice to end the lease (Tenant also failed to give us 60-day notice to terminate or renew) and he got mad and bitter claiming he was confused about the provision which is stated very clearly in the lease.

So basedon that alone, the foreclosure list is not the best list to go after where people inherantly do NOT want to sell, they are bitter, pissed, angry.. they do not cooperate.3) Mind the difference between the strategy you use to find leads, and the motivation level of the leads themselves.
