@Johnny English Likely not 100% but there are other factors and limitations to consider (business income, type of vehicle, possible modifications to the vehicle, etc.) and doing so is outside the scope of this thread.

I speak four languages ( Wolof, English, French and Arabic).

I am bilingual fluent in both English and Japanese. 

I have a few questions needed expert help (sorry if my english is bad).I'm on quite tight budget (max 110k home).

Don't hire contractors, who show up in a pressed shirt, can speak both Spanish and English and do zero work but pocket a fat margin.

I like the idea of having bonuses as incentives, so it is good to hear that someone is doing that.Do your cold-callers speak English fairly well?

They were subletting rooms to people they didn't even know all while not working, not speaking English and getting every type of government benefit to boot.
