The buyer has received a packet with great looking numbers and pictures, had an inspection(in some instances recommended by the TK operator) and a property manager(again likely put in place by the TK) yet things go wrong from the get goMost if not l of these sad stories would have been averted by flying into town for the day and viewing the property and speaking to the tenant

I had a vertical crack in my basement, all along the height of the wall, and it had started to lean in on one side, so the crack was no longer flush.

Add sections of 4" plastic pipes through the 6";hopefully to street connection, averting the need to deal with the other properties owner(s) and resolving your sewer problem.Just my thoughts.
