Get her out as quickly as possible, and be thankful that you have averted (hopefully) a real disaster.PS:  The time to ask about getting in trouble about renting this unit out would be BEFORE you rented it. 

Whenever a roof surface abuts a vertical wall, moisture intrusion that may lead to damage and rot becomes a risk at the intersection.

The buyer has received a packet with great looking numbers and pictures, had an inspection(in some instances recommended by the TK operator) and a property manager(again likely put in place by the TK) yet things go wrong from the get goMost if not l of these sad stories would have been averted by flying into town for the day and viewing the property and speaking to the tenant

One thing to note the walls need a vertical stud to mount to.

I had a vertical crack in my basement, all along the height of the wall, and it had started to lean in on one side, so the crack was no longer flush.

There's a big difference between a "turnkey" and a "vertically-integrated" investment company.A turnkey company sells you a property.

I'm guessing you'd say yes.So, again, by the same logic, the previous administration could have done something the first 9 months to avert the terrorist attacks.You can't have it both ways.

Add sections of 4" plastic pipes through the 6";hopefully to street connection, averting the need to deal with the other properties owner(s) and resolving your sewer problem.Just my thoughts.
