Hi Andy, how are you, good to meet you, For starters, I work with Steve Wolterman and in the event you need a great qualified intermediary, I would highly recommend his services. 

Instead of being discouraged by a property that doesn’t quite meet your needs, why not see it as a chance to personalize and add value right from the start?

I would suggest finishing school, working as a part time agent while you are at school, saving commissions for investing, and working with a team that focuses on investing as opposed to residential sales.There are also local meet ups every month. 

Along the way, I have met many fellow tax preparers in office settings, continuing education classes, and other meetings.
