I am expecting a day of reckoning for this model in the coming years when an LP decides to file a lawsuit based on misrepresentation which traces back to the teaching techniques of the coach/mentors who are essentially offering pay for Co-GP title courses where the students are taught they can use their GP title to raise money.

The current commissioner would allow insurers to use computer modeling of future exposure to set premiums, while requiring them to offer coverage in risky communities roughly in line with their shares of the market.  

Having used both, I would go with propstream if you're looking for a solid data platform, and are investing significant money into other systems as part of your business and its growth model.

With the given of pension so long as you work, most of the working class do not aspire or create businesses here.

If they like to rob houses, they're probably not going to become a model citizen just because they rented your house.

It's shifting to a model of a big anchor, a Target or a Costco, and lots of little businesses in that same shopping center.

Also, townhomes are a great bridge property, it's a common trend that those in townhomes are aspiring for home ownership meaning credit sensitive and with that right mindset.
