It's a jack of all trades here with little to no trade offs/cons when comparing apples to apples to other large STR markets.The key to success here though comes in the knowledge and execution.

Its hard to compare the RE industry there to the US.. its really apples and Oranges of how they operate.

For example, when you call Apple support your call is first picked up by an IVR that sounds like a real person who routes your call.

It is mostly families in our larger units so not much in the way of problems, but there is a bad apple here and there.
