If it's commercial then branding could be another source of revenue just like cell towers, antenna and signage near freeways.

Of course my antennas are up when you call at that hour,   So.....Me....How many people would potentially live in the unit with you?

If they ask if they can get the cable company to wire their unit, say, no, I don't want them messing with my walls.There is also a law I researched a while back for someone, that says a tenant can install dish TV antenna, if they have their own patio or outside space.  

Between Amazon Prime, Netflix, Redbox, and an antenna I have plenty to watch.

If it takes the person an unusual amount of time to send me a picture that i know is readily on their phone, the "antenna's" go up.A couple of other things I do is ask how many people will potentially live in the property with the tenant.

I got rid of cable, and use the antenna, as well as the fire stick.I will continue to do most of the high dollar maintenance on my properties up until point where it doesn't make financial sense. 

I was once attacked by a stranger with mental illness and since then, I have an antenna to spot mentally unstable people.
