I would agree that RE prof status is hard to achieve with a limited number of properties.

I was hoping I could get some more general information on how this whole process goes and to inform myself on the pros and cons given im a newbie and don’t know much.

I would still do due diligence such as whole property inspection, lead inspection (depending on when the property was built), appraisal, etc. 

Indeed - I see bright future for North Carolina as a whole and for all major population centers like Charlotte metro, Research Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) and the Piedmont Triad region (Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point).

They then obtain a favorable appraisal and achieve decent cash flow in the earlier years.

It's sparkling crystal clear when he's done in a way I could never achieve on my own. 

We remodeled the whole thing and should have it rent ready in by 3/25.
