I've built an addition to my home (everything but plumbing and concrete-work); a garage (sans concrete); and a home theater (everything). 

That's an unmitigated violation of privacy.I could go off on a rant here about how even people who sell firearms aren't allowed to ask that question and there's no way to check for the ticking time bombs that are the movie theater, shopping mall, school, you-name-it shooters.  

We have two competing movie theaters being built... and the only plans to go alongside them are fast food?

Same with movie theater tickets.

Price hill is also gaining a bit of traction with the Incline Public House and The new theater going in etc.  

There is also a plan for mall/theater on the other side of 99.  

How many other cities in the world right now are in practically every other movie hitting the theaters?  

Does anyone own and or manage such a property. specifically for music and/or theater?

People typically want to stay in a nicer or as nice of a place as their own home if they're going to use a vacation rental, and on top of that what is really a big drive is if a home has unique amenities that their home doesn't have, like a pool table, or a hot-tub or a pool, or maybe a theater room.

After a bit of elbow grease, I had everything the way I wanted, new appliances, new floors, home theater with 7.2 surround sound, fresh paint... the list goes on.
