As someone said before..McDonalds, Walmart, waitressing or bussing tables, retail...there are so many job options available...choose one....put some money aside to pay down debts and open the secure credit card and go from there.

I would be very careful commercial in small towns can stay vacant for EVER and a Day.just drive through any small town between Dallas and New mexico.. look down the main street.. nice brick buildings 90% vacant then on the outskirts of town a walmart and the associated fast food joints..the resi might work.. and maybe you change the commerical to cheap storage but put NO value in its cash flow would be my advice unless there is some compelling reason you think those would be leased.. if there was demand they would not be vacant would be my thought

I might provide / authorize a couple $20 fans from Walmart but that's it.

here are reasons I was suspect of this tenant:teenage kids all had bad, uncut, unshaven hair, and clothes looked like Walmart status - remember, this is S.

There is a school a block away and a Walmart, Ross, Harbor Freights, Dunken Donuts and Goodwill in the adjacent areas (all 0.5 miles away).This property was stripped down to the studs and has been completely redone with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, tile, heaters, HVAC system, water pipes and electric wire.

It used to do very well, at least until the Schnucks and then Walmart in Richmond Heights/Brentwood went in.

Are you buying houses at Walmart or something?

Walmart and Sam's less than a minute away.

We've got Walmarts, movie theaters, a bowling alley, a lake, tons of restaurants, etc. 

If I knew when a tenant I evicted and made homeless would be at Walmart, then I wouldn't go there at that time.
