I’d suggest beginning by connecting with an agent who specializes in multi-family properties.

You need to provide a bit more specifics about the property, about the insights you want, etc.  

While these buildings had great cash flow, there was more risk that went along with them. 

This also helps with asset protection, monthly bookkeeping and annual tax return preparation.
