This took over a year to complete and we acted as the general contractor and were on site more days than not.

If you are not a member, the appliance you buy for this one property will more than cover your cost washer dryers can be used. 

This would be my first JV and am open to any advice suggestions on the best way to proceed.  

To keep this simple, we can just say that this is the equivalent of adding 0.5% or 0.55% to the note rate.

That has long been a criticism of this structure, but this can help boost returns.

There are a couple in the direct neighborhood I can find on various sites.

Examples could include but are not limited to installing new/ improving driveways, clearing overgrown trails/ build sites, demolishing abandoned buildings, property cleanup, extending or having utilities pre-approved, etc.
