Since closing we have found a few items stashed down there that makes us think the teenagers who live in one of the units are accessing it.

We weren't thinking of any consequences, the same as many kids/teenagers. 

I don’t know but just wanted to say if you have been able to get yourself in the financial position and have the knowledge and research done to be successful then you are leaps and bounds above any teenager I know.  

A teenage guy I hired as a helper ran his hand over a couple of cuts in the wall and asked what they were. 

My teenage daughter recently wanted to change her hair to red, and had to decide whether to allow a professional to do it, or buy a kit at Target and do it herself.

A conversation with my teenage daughter once went like this- Dad, it’s a snow day, can’t you just stay home?

One more question and I'll let you guys and gals out of this book: I am planning a weekend in GSM in February and I haven't been there since I was a teenager.

It was my uncles Pharmacy/convenience store on Market St. in SF if you're at all familiar with the downtown area, it's not the best for a teenager to work. :)  He actually owned the commercial real estate along with a lot more but I didn't know then. 

Generally, I find that's the middle-class group here, never had to work in food service as teenagers, never learned about food safety.

So sharing a room now isn’t the end of the world but as they enter their teenage years having separate rooms will just cut down on the drama.
