I don’t know but just wanted to say if you have been able to get yourself in the financial position and have the knowledge and research done to be successful then you are leaps and bounds above any teenager I know.

It was my uncles Pharmacy/convenience store on Market St. in SF if you're at all familiar with the downtown area, it's not the best for a teenager to work. :)  He actually owned the commercial real estate along with a lot more but I didn't know then.
