If not maybe hiring a company that can speak spanish will improve oocupancy.Here a new landlord requirement is e-verify to make sure they are legal.Most concerns with hispanics is if they are illegal they worry about being caught and deported.What are the immigration laws for the area??

You might could save a few bucks by acting as the contractor and just hiring out the labor, but you will earn any money you save (and you will need to speak Spanish if you hire a roofing crew in the south).JMac
