You can easily take Metro-North right into Grand central from many of CT’s southwestern towns/cities!

Yeah, sure, Anthony, but Southwestern PA Legal Aid picks its battles, too.

My one thought for you on Grove City, MFH or SFH, is that property taxes will be lower in that area (South-Western City school district) than in Dublin, Powell, Upper Arlington, etc.

Yorkdale is a good investment all around.As for Southwestern Ontario, Ktichener-Waterloo is always the big centre but Hamilton and Niagara is other areas you can look.

The name will have to fit on contracts and standard deed spaces, etc. so you don't want Southwestern Texas Real Estate Sales & Rentals, IMO.Your name, LLC and using a slogan might do it.

I bought an 85-year-old SFR investment property in Southwestern Pennsylvania from a typical failed landlord who got in 28 years before thinking he could make it in cheap C-class SFR because the cap rates were so nice and got out at 70 years of age desperately trying to unload what he had discovered was his not-so-nice crapshack.As far as home warranties go...they're great to sell a property to the uninformed.

Eastern Ontario is such a nice place to live compared to Southwestern Ontario for someone like me that enjoys the outdoors.

Southwestern Ontario is a good bet.

It is in the southwestern most corner of Memphis.  

The south western portion of Old Brooklyn definitely has the nicest housing stock & tenant base.
