We both attended University of Central Florida and lived in a house that my parents bought for my sister and I while we got through college, and the idea of student rentals intrigued us.

Hello,I'm planning on investing in a 4 unit property with my sister-in-law using her as the primary buyer qualifying for a first time homebuyers program and me providing the capital and being a co-borrower on the loan.

As far as doors go, my sister has all you beat with her dollhouse collection.
