I'm not saying all fighters are sketchy but, well, you watched Kingdom.I bring my concerns to the wholesaler who bought the place.

What happened to the dollar house program or any other program that gives incentives to policemen and fire fighters to live in the areas they serve?  

It drives me BONKERS how there seems to be this mass delusion that everyone has to go from 0 too F-18 Fighter Pilot over-night.

As a fighter pilot, I have always been very checklist-oriented, and the book that really gave me the confidence I needed to make that leap was Get Paid For Your Pad by Huzefa Kapadia and Jasper Ribbers. 

This does not mean that efficiencies cannot be improved in these programs but they do have value to every single American.No matter how many people benefit from Section 8 or any other kind of welfare, there is one really huge problem everyone actively ignores...Nowhere in the US Constitution is power granted to the Federal Government to seize assets from one group and give it to another group.Please don't give the false arguments about police, paramedics and fire fighters, I wrote FEDERAL Government.
