Microsoft and Amazon are planning on moving in and millennials are moving to the city.

Many stocks - think Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc. - trade at many multiples above book value. 

This demand price was mainly drawn by the proximity to the JBLM base and the fact that the transaction was completely off-market.Seattle is a competitive market – with companies like Starbucks, Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, ect there is a large amount of local money in CRE.

I have a really good Microsoft excel spreadsheet that I like to use when I'm figuring out numbers on potential properties.

However this is a negative if you are using Microsoft programs.

Warren Buffet did not get rich investing in Microsoft, Apple and Google. 

Spent a ton of time at the W Hotel and Earl's across the street while visiting Microsoft in my previous life in advertising.

My suggestion would be to use a more powerful project management tool like Microsoft Project for your tracking purposes and to then create a weekly task list from that which you can load up into something like Basecamp.  

You can use your phone's video or your camera's video and webcams like Logitech and Microsoft.

While military areas can be "scary" because if they leave you are SOL, it is no different than buying in an area that is based on microsoft or tech, etc.
